South East Area Transit (SEAT) is now operating in Noble County, and it’s easy to get a ride. The service is a pilot program and will operate on an in-demand response basis. This requires a phone call to set up a ride. Call SEAT at 740-454-8573 to schedule in Noble County.  Service is available from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services within Caldwell city limits will cost $4. Outside the city limits, but within Noble County, service will cost $8. Services outside the county are available. Call for pricing. Vans are wheelchair accessible.
