The Noble County Water Authority is preparing to put the East of I77 waterline project out for bid with planned construction this summer. The proposed residential expansion project will take place in Buffalo Township, along the vicinity of Noble County Road 36, Fish Road (T-108) and Lestock Road (T-105). Other extensions follow SR 285 N. and then extend slightly west and pick up various roads including, but not limited to, Old Infirmary Rd, Kirkbride Hill Rd, SR 146, and Halley’s Ridge Rd. The photo shows small blocks 1-54. All of these block areas are in the project area.
If you have property or live in the project area you must come to the NCWA office Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 to sign a user agreement before April 30, 2021. There will also be two additional times to sign agreements on April 19 4:30-7:00 and April 27 4:30-7:00. In order to be included in this project you must sign the agreement. Tap fees will be due before July 1, 2021 and are $750.00. It is expected the minimum bill for 3,000 gallon per month will be approximately $61.00.
