The Noble County Commissioners recently signed a proclamation declaring May as Mental Health Month In Noble County. The Commissioners encourage all residents to educate themselves and others about mental health conditions, challenge stigmas by speaking respectfully and inclusively about mental health, and support organizations that provide mental health services and advocacy. The Caldwell High School Chapter of Students Against Drunk Driving met with the Commissioners for the signing of the proclamation.
